"Beautiful Resort with an unforgettable western experience! We stayed December 8 - 10, 2025, and loved every minute. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was excellent, and the sunset horseback ride was amazing - we even saw Bison! Casey playing guitar and singing for us made the night feel so country and special. Bonfires, Great Steak Dinner, and a spectacular night sky. Truly a perfect place to relax and explore the area. We hope to come back to this beautiful Gem in the Canyon."

"We had a GREAT time at the Ranch! We had a snow storm--6 inches worth!! The Ranch was beautiful in the snow. It was the most beautiful environment with the snow. The folks are great, very friendly. I would recommend folks come here to relax and chill. It was wonderful!"

"My wife, 22 year old son, 19 year old daughter, and I, had a MAGNIFICENT experience at the Ranch! The cabins were cozy and clean, everybody on the staff were pleasant and helpful, and every detail couldn’t have been more delightful! It was sad to leave!! I would HIGHLY recommend the Western Ranch!! My family and I will have the fondest memories, and I’m sure that our kids will tell their kids and grandkids about (God willing!) Thank you, so much!!!"

"Myself and my two nephews had the pleasure of spending two nights at the ranch earlier this month, and let me tell you, it was the most amazing experience! Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond—the staff are what makes the ranch so special. Special thanks to Casey for his fantastic music, Zack for his hospitality, and the cowboys who did our horseback ride (Colton I think, and I’m sorry that I cannot remember the other gentleman). My biggest regret was not being able to stay longer! We loved the horseback riding, the campfires, and being able to hike and explore the property! This place is truly a gem, and I cannot wait to be able to someday return!"

"We had the best time at the ranch. Theresa checked us in and was so kind. Casey is a wonderful entertainer and is so hospitable with guests. We took an amazing sunset horseback ride with cowboys John, Kevin and Badger. We should have booked more days, but we will be back to visit the Ranch. Our 10 year old had the best time with everyone and “his” horse Trigger. You should definitely stay here."

"We had the pleasure of spending the night in March of 2020- just as COVID was starting, actually the day before Las Vegas shut down. Although it was a short stay, it was one of the best places we have ever stayed anywhere. I have beautiful photos and video of Casey teaching my daughter to play the guitar in front of the fire. I am SO glad to see that you were able to weather the COVID storm, and are still in business! We look forward to coming back to stay with you again in the future!"

If you are looking to lodge in one of the inviting rustic cabins and just hang out with some of the nicest folks you are ever going to meet and live like a cowboy in the old west, thrn this place has it all. I am a Brit and as a little kid dreamed of the cow pokes and the wild west. Coming to the Grand Canyon Western Ranch made my boyhood dream become a never to be forgotten reality."

We went shooting, horseback riding, took a day trip to the Skywalk and played horseshoes and ate s’mores! Incredible trip...we will be back!"

"Headed from Vegas to Grand Canyon Skybridge late yesterday so we had to find a hotel in a short notice. At first Grand Canyon Western Ranch looked a little shady out in the middle of NO WHERE but we bit the bullet and made the reservation. It was freaking AWESOME. Literally a ranch. Had our own little cabin. They fed us and then smores around campfire with me peeps from everywhere and then the best sleep we've had so far in this trip back to TN. We could easily go back to this little ranch in no man's land. Heavenly. The most peace we've had in a long time. The stars were so bright. The cabin was clean. The old time tub was divine. The employees there were beyond kind. Made us feel right at home. Thank you so much!!"

"My family and I stayed at the ranch back in June of 2018. My then 9 year old was very upset the first day to hear there was no internet service. Cowboy Casey had a very funny song that he played to my son about that woeful fact. In the end it didn't matter. My son didn't want to leave after our 2 night stay. He had so much fun doing the different activities on the ranch. And Cowboy Casey really made the trip memorable for him and for us as well. He taught my two sons how to throw a lasso and kept us entertained each evening with his wonderful guitar playing around the camp fire. (Which he let my son help him light at night). The food was great. The cabin very comfortable and cozy. It was a great bonding experience for us as a family. I highly recommend staying here."

"We had two amazing nights here. The location was great and it's close proximity to the incredible western rim of the Grand Canyon was a bonus. It was cold, but we loved the campfires with Cowboy Dave and his stories and songs, along with the smores and hot chocolates. We loved the cabin accommodation, spotlessly clean and with character and the ranch house with good hearty food. The staff were all awesome and our favourites Cowboy Dave, Cowboy Bob and Cowboy John made our stay extra special. My 8 year daughter announced this was her favourite part of our trip- better than Disneyland!! The horseride to see the Bison was also a highlight. What we thought might be a slightly cheesy experience turned out to be genuine and authentic and one of our best memories of our trip."

"Stayed here in May for 10 days!! Never bored, the staff went out of their way for us especially Linda who took us to the Canyon. Loved the fire in the evening and singing along with Cowboy Dave. Will go back and take my husband this time (went with my Best Friend). This really is a diamond find and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended!!! 5 Stars from me"

"Stayed here in October 2019 fro 2 nights after a visit to Las Vegas, IN a group of 10 from the Uk we had a great time the staff and food are excellent ,the staff cant do enough for you and I mean all the staff. The helicopter ride over the canyon and the horse back ridding was first class don't miss a stay here. a great big thank you to Casey and all the staff for a very enjoyable stay."

"We’ve recently returned from a trip which included a few days at the ranch, we, along with other guest thought this was the best part of our holiday, no internet, no mobile, no TV, just heaven. The cabins are great, the hospitality is fantastic, the staff very friendly and will do anything to make your stay the best it can be. Cowboy John, cowboy Bob and cowboy Dave are all very professional and friendly especially Dave with his singalongs round the campfire every night. The food is freshly prepared and plentiful, the steaks brilliant. We and some other guests had to leave and join a cruise, during which we all wished we were back on the ranch. The drivers who drove us to and from the ranch Glen and Kevin were fantastic and very knowledgeable about the history of the ranch and the area in general. We can’t recommend the ranch and it’s staff highly enough. When Glen picked us up at our hotel to go to the ranch he said “welcome to the best part of your holiday”, no truer words were ever spoken."

"My wife & I have just completed a vacation which included Las Vega, Los Andeles & a cruise with 2 nights at the ranch. We both agreed that the time at the ranch was the best part of our whole vacation & wished we were there longer. The staff at the ranch are just the best & will do anything to make your vacation special, the campfire nights with Casey were magical. We will remember this forever. We would recvommend anyone to give it a try & hope to return in the future & to see more of the area."

"We stayed here for two nights as part of our honeymoon road trip, we cannot rate it highly enough. The location is just stunning, situated at the base of Spirit mountain you are surrounded by the rugged natural beauty of the Canyon edge. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much and so friendly and welcoming. Too many names to mention who made our stay so memorable, Cowboy Dave, Jerry, Dee, Trina, Rick and many more! Cowboy Dave was the heart and soul and his nightly camp fire singing was a lovely way to end each day. The food is incredible, strongly recommend the BBQ ribs and the cobbler! Will never fit in my wedding dress again after this! We stayed in one of their wood cabins (Duncan) and loved it, so quaint and perfect to get away from everything and be without internet and social media for a while. It did get cold whilst we were there but with a stove in the cabin and heated blankets it was so cosy. Could not recommend staying here enough, we were gutted to leave and would absolutely love to come back."

"We went on a two night trip to the Diamond Bar Ranch and from the first minute were bowled over by the excellent hospitality and friendly atmosphere and service throughout. The accommodation was great, the food was superb and Caseys' songs and music sure set the scene under the impressive Spirit Mountain. Lisa and all the rest of the staff, not forgetting Dave and Oxford, we're brilliant and I would recommend a visit, even for a day trip, out to the ranch which is steeped in Wild West folk lore. Eric our chopper pilot was an excellent guide , pointing out all the different features of the Grand Canyon ( grand doesn't do it justice!) and we didn't want to leave when the time came- all too quickly I may add. A horseback ride up into the hills to catch the fantastic sunset and see some real bison was another highlight and I thank Ox again for his surefootedness and patience with my greenfoot attempts at riding along, albeit slowly! If we are again in the area we would definitely return to enjoy , once again, some truly amazing Arizona hospitality! Many thanks again guys and I hope that you are all there for many years to come as the job that you all do is brilliant! Bye again and thanks, Thor was very comfortable!!!!"

The cabin was a nice cosy place to stay. we loved the dinner at the ranch cafe with lively music from Kasey. also campfire after dinner and making marshmellow cookies by the fire side was a very different and awesome experience. "Incredible day trip! All the staff were accomodating, friendly and very knowledgable and informative. Great fun with plenty to do. Helicopter trip was fantastic with a great pilot and the western ride was the highlight for me! Best way to see the area with a great guide on horseback! Great authentic entertaining day and worth every penny! Would recommend and I definately would love to do it again!"

"Love the extras like sunset ride with Rose, Gun shooting with Bryce and sining cowboy Casey. But stay in cabins and not Glamping tents not as described due to weather beds have been replaced with one person cots and sleeping bags. Unless you don't mind that kind of thing. Just ask don't assume."
